"Being fast can help you move ahead, but being aware helps you move in the right direction."

๐Ÿ† More Than Just Speed๐Ÿ†

Arjun was known as the fastest runner in his class. Whenever there was a race, he was usually the first to reach the finish line. He loved being quick and often believed that being fast was the key to winning.
One day, the school organised a treasure hunt. The students were divided into teams, and each team received a set of clues.
Before the hunt began, the teacher reminded everyone, “Read each clue carefully. The clues will show you where to go next.”
As soon as the hunt started, Arjun rushed ahead.
His team reached the first clue. Arjun picked it up, glanced at it and immediately said, “I know where we have to go. Follow me!”
He ran towards the other side of the school garden.
His teammates followed him.
They passed the playground, crossed the corridor and reached a small gate. But there was no clue there.
Arjun looked around.“That's strange. Maybe the clue is somewhere nearby.”
They searched around but found nothing.
Meanwhile, another team had reached the next spot.
One of Arjun's teammates took the clue from his hand and read it again carefully. “Arjun, look at this line. It says, ‘Where young minds grow, your next clue waits.’ I think it means the library.”
Arjun looked at the clue again.
He suddenly realised that he had noticed only the first few words and had never read the clue properly.
They quickly ran back towards the library.
By the time they reached there, another team had already found the next clue.
Arjun felt disappointed. “I was trying to be the fastest, but I didn't even understand the clue.”
His teammate smiled and said, “We don't have to be the fastest at every step. We just have to keep moving in the right direction.”
Arjun nodded.
This time, he picked up the next clue and read it slowly.
He looked around, thought carefully and then led his team forward.
They did not run blindly anymore. They read, observed, thought and then moved.
Although Arjun was no longer racing ahead of everyone, his team kept making steady progress.
Finally, they reached the treasure.
Arjun smiled.
That day, he discovered something more valuable than the treasure itself.

Moral:- “Speed can take you forward—but without awareness, it can take you in the wrong direction.”

“A priceless gift comes from the heart, not from the wallet.”

๐ŸŽ The Gift That Money Couldn’t Buy๐ŸŽ
It was the day before the school’s Teachers’ Day celebration, and everyone was excited. There were going to be special performances, games and activities for the teachers. The Principal had also announced a special “Surprise Gift” for a student who had shown something truly special.
Among the students was Kabir. He loved expensive things and often thought that the more costly a gift was, the more valuable it must be.
That afternoon, while walking through the school garden, Kabir noticed his classmate Riya sitting under a tree. She was busy making something with colourful paper.
Kabir walked up to her and asked,“What are you making?”
Riya smiled and replied,“I’m making a gift for my teacher. Teachers’ Day is tomorrow, and I want to give her something special.”
Kabir looked at the little paper craft and laughed.“You made that yourself? Why don’t you just buy her something nice?”
Riya looked at her handmade gift and smiled. “I could buy a gift, but I wanted to make something myself. I want my teacher to know that I took the time and effort to make something especially for her.”
Kabir looked at her with a puzzled expression. “You really think your time and effort can make a gift special?”
Riya nodded. “Yes. When we give something with love and thought, it becomes special.”
Kabir walked away, still wondering what she meant.
The next day, the Teachers’ Day celebration began. There were songs, dances, speeches and many wonderful performances. Everyone enjoyed the programme.
After the performances, the students began giving Teachers’ Day cards and gifts to their teachers.
Riya walked up to her teacher and carefully handed her the colourful handmade card. “Happy Teachers’ Day, Ma’am! I made this for you.”
Her teacher opened the card and smiled. Inside, Riya had written: “Thank you for teaching me, encouraging me and always believing in me.”
The teacher looked at Riya with a warm smile and said, “This is beautiful, Riya. I can see how much thought and effort you have put into it. Thank you so much.”
Riya smiled happily.
The Principal, who had been watching, stepped forward and appreciated, “This is what makes a gift truly special. It is not about how much it costs. It is about the thought, effort and love behind it.”
He looked at the students and continued, “Sometimes, the most meaningful gifts are not the most expensive ones. They are the ones we make with our own hands and give with our whole heart.”
Everyone applauded.
Kabir looked at Riya and then at the simple handmade card.
He remembered their conversation from the previous day.
For the first time, Kabir began to see gifts differently. He thought to himself, “Maybe a gift isn’t special because of its price. Maybe it is special because of the love and thought behind it.”
He smiled at Riya.
Now, he truly understood what she had meant.
๐ŸŒŸ Moral:-
“The greatest gifts are not always wrapped in paper; they are wrapped in love, time and care.”

Sometimes, “No” is simply another way of saying, “I care about you.”
